Booking is not confirmed until a deposit or full payment is received.
A $25 administration fee will be charged for all cancellations. Cancellations less than 14 days prior to the arrival date will be non-refundable unless another booking is made to cover the cancellation. If a re-booking is made then a refund to the value of the re-booking less the administration fee will be provided.
